Flat Stanley is a wonderful project that many children participate in at school. Clay has been photographed a few times with this ultra thin well traveled character. | 
On 9/07/07, the Pueblo Chieftain put out an article talking about Flat Stanley. They highlighted the different celebrities that have helped with the Flat Stanley project and included a picture of Clay. This was to promote the Buell museum at the Sangre de Cristo Arts and Conference Center.
