| On 12/8/08 and 12/9/08, Broadway Cares held it's 20th Annual Gypsy of the Year Competition. This is the second fund raising event of the Broadway year. Spamalot brought in lots of support money for 'Broadway Cares' during the 'Easter Bonnet' competition last spring. Once again, Clay lent his support by offering items to the on-line auction. |

| On 12/25/08, 'Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids' posted pics of some of the Broadway Bears that will be auctioned next February. 'Sir Robin' was again featured in the collection, but in his wedding tux this time!

On 2/15/09, The 'Broadway Bears' 2009 auction was held. For the second year in a row, the Spamalot 'Sir Robin' bear was the top earner! A grand total of over $150,000 was raised to support Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids.

7 Feb 2011:
Clay participated in "Broadway Backwards", in which singers perform a song usually sung by the other gender. This show benefited Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Clay sang a moving rendition of the song "Home" from the Broadway show "The Wiz", originally sung by Stephanie Mills.
